Join TouchBistro’s Beta Program

There is no fixed length of time for ongoing beta programs – you can opt out at any time. Programs for specific features vary in length but typically run between 3 weeks and a few months. Before you start, we will let you know just how long the specific program you join is expected to run.

Generally we only require a short onboarding process. Other than that, we’re just looking to hear what you think by completing a regular survey! If you are joining a specific feature program, there may also be some quick familiarization with any relevant features or hardware pertinent to your program.

Only active and existing TouchBistro customers who have been with us for more than 4 months are eligible to participate.

Simply email [email protected] with your restaurant/venue name and contact information, and let us know that you want to opt out of the program and related communications. We will let you know if there are any additional next steps depending on the program.
