iPadOS 13 Bluetooth Setting

Introduction

If you have updated your iPad(s) to iPadOS 13, the new iPadOS needs you to enable certain privacy settings to operate with audio and Bluetooth payment devices that integrate with TouchBistro (for example, the RP457c or the Moby8500). This guide will walk you through the proper iPad setting that need to be enabled.

Enable Microphone and Bluetooth

1.  Tap Settings.

2.  Tap Screen Time and then Content & Privacy Restrictions.

3.  Enable Content & Privacy Restrictions and ensure Microphone and Bluetooth Sharing are both set to Allow Changes.

4.  On the left, scroll down to Privacy and tap Bluetooth.

5.  Ensure TouchBistro POS is enabled.
