What is an Online Ordering Aggregator?

Checkmate, Ordermark, and Deliverect are online ordering integrations that help aggregate orders from various third-party online ordering platforms (Ubereats, Foodora, ChowNow, etc.). When integrated with TouchBistro, orders from your third-party online ordering platforms will be automatically posted to your TouchBistro Online Orders tab (available from Orders).

Online Ordering Aggregators are not a replacement for the tablets supplied by your third-party online ordering platforms. You must not disconnect those as you will still need those online. If you turn off your third-party online ordering platform’s tablet, the online ordering platform will assume your restaurant is not open. As well, you need it connected to manage issues like order cancelations.

Note for Canadian users: Checkmate and Ordermark do not integrate with Skip the Dishes. However, Deliverect does.
