TouchBistro Referral Program Terms and Conditions
TouchBistro provides a Referral Program (the “Program”) to allow our friends to benefit from connecting us with new customers.
By submitting a referral or otherwise participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by terms and conditions (the “Terms”) below and TouchBistro’s Privacy Policy.
For greater certainty, the Terms are applicable for participants in the Program (the “Referrers”) residing outside of the UK, Mexico, and Colombia. Program Eligibility
TouchBistro’s employees, friends and customers and their respective employees and friends, who (a) refer a customer to TouchBistro through TouchBistro’s online referral portal, PartnerStack, and (b) has notified such customer regarding the referral, may be eligible to participate in the Program.
The following are not eligible to participate in the Program:
TouchBistro registered affiliates and strategic partners with existing referral programs.
TouchBistro employees within the sales organization or authorized TouchBistro resellers.
Restaurant owners, operators, franchisors and business decision makers are not permitted to refer restaurants which they own, operate or they are responsible for making POS purchasing decisions.
Qualified Referrals
Subject to the Terms, a referral is a “Qualified Referral”, which entitles the Referrer, who is eligible to participate in the Program pursuant to the Terms above, to receive the Referral Reward provided below, if: (1) the referred customer is a food service venue; (2) the referred customer is not an existing lead or contact in TouchBistro’s system (TouchBistro reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made in TouchBistro’s sole discretion); (3) it was submitted through TouchBistro’s online referral portal, PartnerStack, on or after January 1, 2018; and (4) the referred customer has entered into an agreement with TouchBistro, completed onboarding and been live with TouchBistro.

Referrals Reward
For Qualified Referrals submitted on or after November 1, 2020, Referrers can earn US$500. For Qualified Referrals submitted before November 1, 2020 but on or after January 1, 2020, Referrers are eligible to earn CA$500 or US$500 depending on their respective countries of residence, and for Qualified Referrals submitted before January 1, 2020 but on or after January 1, 2018, Referrers are eligible to earn CA$400 or US$400 depending on their respective countries of residence. Referrers who submitted a referral before January 1, 2018 are not entitled to receive a Referral Reward.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for a Qualified Referral leading to more than one food service venue location onboard with TouchBistro, the Referrer will receive a flat bonus in the amount of: (a) US$1,000 if the Qualified Referral is submitted on or after November 1, 2020; (b) CA$1,000 or US$1,000 depending its country of residency, if the Qualified Referral is submitted before November 1, 2020 but on or after after January 1, 2020; (c) CA$800 or US$800 depending its country of residency, if the Qualified Referral is submitted before January 1, 2020 but on or after January 1, 2018.
The Referrer must create an account in PartnerStack and connect its bank or PayPal account in order to receive payment.
A Referrer may submit a referral for TouchBistro POS, reservations or both, but a referral for both Touchbistro POS and reservations will count as one referral.

There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make or to the amount of Referral Rewards a Referrer can receive.
TouchBistro will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral and eligible for a Referral Reward.
Termination and Changes
TouchBistro reserves the right to modify the Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice.
