If you're logged in as a Manager, tap Options | Staff List. Tap the employee's name and View/Edit Shifts. Reprint the desired read.

Does TouchBistro Support Quebec’s Sales Recording Module (SRM/MEV)?
TouchBistro does not support the SRM/MEV.

What currencies are supported by TouchBistro?
TouchBistro uses your iPad's Region Format settings and uses the currency associated with the region you selected. To check your Region Format, tap the Settings icon. Tap General. Tap Language & Region. Tap Region and select the region appropriate to your currency. If you've changed your region and TouchBistro is still running, close TouchBistro and restart it for the new currency settings to take effect.

Do you support the Star Kitchen Buzzer?
Yes. TouchBistro version 6.1 and later supports the Star Kitchen buzzer.

I have printers from a previous POS. Will they work with TouchBistro?
TouchBistro works with Ethernet-net based printers. TouchBistro does not support USB printers. See this document to see if the printers you have are compatible with TouchBistro.

I’m interested in the Pro version. Do I need to purchase a Mac Mini with the Server version of the OS?
No. You need a Mac Mini with the typical consumer-level OS installed. The TouchBistro uses the Mac Mini in a server like fashion to store your restaurant data and keep all your iPads in sync. However, purchasing the server version of OS X is an unnecessary expense. See this document for complete details about TouchBistro's hardware requirements.

My printer ran out of paper before finishing the credit card slip. How do I reprint the credit card slip?
Tap Orders from the Floor Plan screen. Tap Closed Bills. Tap the bill. Tap Reprint on the bottom right.
